BANS-183: TOURISM ANTHROPOLOGY
Time: 2 Hours Maximum Marks: 50
Note : (i) There are two Sections A and B.
(ii) Attempt five questions in all.
(iii) Attempt at least two questions from each Section.
(iv) All questions carry equal marks.
(v) The word limit for 10 marks question is 300 words and for 5 marks question it is 150 words.
Section-A
1. Discuss the study of tourism through an anthropological lens.
2. Define religious tourism. Discuss with suitable examples.
3. Deliberate on commodification of tourist sites with suitable examples.

(ii) कुल पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(iii) प्रत्येक खण्ड में से कम से कम दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
(iv) सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान हैं।
(v) 10 अंक के प्रश्नों के लिए शब्द-सीमा 300 तथा 5 अंक के प्रश्नों की शब्द-सीमा 150 शब्द है।

1. मानवशास्त्रीय दृष्टि से पर्यटन के अध्ययन पर चर्चा कीजिए।
2. धार्मिक पर्यटन को परिभाषित कीजिए। उपयुक्त उदाहरणों के साथ चर्चा कीजिए।
3. उपयुक्त उदाहरणों के साथ पर्यटक स्थल के वाणिज्यीकरण पर विचार-विमर्श कीजिए।
