1. (a) Describe the basic setup of Cobweb model.

(b) Differentiate between homogeneous and non-homogeneous difference equation.

2. (a) Suppose the demand for a product is given. by: P=d(q)=-0.8q+150 and the supply for the same product is given by Ps(q)=5.2q. For both the functions, p is the price and q is the quantity.
(i) Find the equilibrium point.
(ii) Find the producer surplus.
(iii) Find the consumer surplus.

(b) Find the 20th term of an Arithmetic Progression (AP) whose first term is 15 and common difference is 3.
