Time : 3 Hours Maximum Marks : 100
Note : Answer any five questions. All questions carry equal marks.
1. Distinguish between the following :
(a) Posture and gesture
(b) Formal and informal channels of communication
2. “Communication is the lifeline of a business organization.” Elaborate.
3. (a) Write a letter to your bank requesting them to pay annual subscription of 2,000 to your club out of your current account.
4. What is meant by ‘Notice’? State the points. which should be kept in mind before issuing notice of a meeting?
5. (a) Write a letter as a manager of your firm, to your bank enquiring about the dishonor of cheque of Rs. 2,000, while there were sufficient funds in the bank account.
(b) Write a complaint to the Railway Authorities, Bareilly, regarding non- delivery of your speed post parcel. Assume. you are the manager of M/s Ram and Co.
6. What is meant by public relations? Highlight its importance in a business enterprise.
7. What is a meeting ? What are the requisites of a valid meeting ? Also explain rules governing meetings.
8. Write notes on any two of the following :
(a) Conference calls
(b) Resolutions
(c) Kinesics
(d) Report writing

2. “सम्प्रेषण किसी भी व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान की जीवन रेखा है।” व्याख्या कीजिए।
3. (अ) अपने बैंक को एक पत्र लिखकर उनसे आपके चालू खाते में से आपके क्लब को ₹2,000 का वार्षिक शुल्क देने का निवेदन कीजिए।
4. नोटिस का क्या अर्थ है? किसी सभा का नोटिस जारी करने से पूर्व किन बिन्दुओं को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए ?

5. (क) अपनी फर्म के मैनेजर की हैसियत से अपने बैंक को एक पत्र लिखकर बैंक खाते में समुचित फण्ड उपलब्ध होने के बावजूद 2,000 रुपये का चेक अस्वीकार करने का कारण जानिए।
(ख) रेलवे अधोक्षक बरेली का आपके स्पीड पोस्ट पार्सल की असपुर्दगी की शिकायत का पत्र लिखिए। यह मानिए कि आप मैसर्स राम एण्ड कम्पनी में मैनेजर हैं।
6. जनसम्पर्क का क्या अर्थ है ? किसी व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान में इसके महत्व पर प्रकाश डालिए।
7. सभा क्या है? किसी वैध सभा की क्या आवश्यकताएँ हैं ? सभा सम्पादित करने के नियमों को स्पष्ट कीजिए।
