1. Explain the different types of contracts on the basis of
(a) creation, (b) execution, and (c) enforceability with example.
2. Explain the following terms with examples:
(a) Cross offer
(b) Standing offer
(c) General offer
(d) Implied offer
3. (a) Who is competent to contract? State the position of contracts with minor.
(b) Distinguish between coercion and undue influence.
4. Define a contract of guarantee. State the rights of surety against
(i) principal debtor,
(ii) the creditor and
(iii) co-sureties.
5. Discuss the essentials of a contract of bailment and state the rights and duties of a bailee.

1. (अ) निर्माण, (ब) निष्पादन तथा (स) प्रवर्तनशीलता के आधार पर विभिन्न प्रकार के अनुबंधों का उदाहरण सहित वर्णन कीजिए।
2. निम्नलिखित पदों को उदाहरण के साथ स्पष्ट कीजिए :
(अ) क्रॉस ऑफर
(ब) स्थायी (खुला) प्रस्ताव
(स) सामान्य प्रस्ताव
(द) गर्भित प्रस्ताव
3. (क) अनुबंध करने की क्षमता किसमें है ? अवयस्क के साथ किए गये अनुबन्धों की स्थिति स्पष्ट कीजिए।
(ख) बल प्रयोग तथा अनुचित प्रभाव के बीच अन्तर बताइए।
4. गारंटी अनुबंध की परिभाषा दीजिए। गारंटीकर्ता के
(i) मूल ऋणी के विरुद्ध,
(ii) लेनदार के विरुद्ध तथा
(iii) सह-गारंटीकर्ताओं के विरुद्ध अधिकार बताइए।
5. निक्षेप के आवश्यक तत्वों की व्याख्या कीजिए तथा निक्षेपी के अधिकार एवं कर्तव्यों की व्याख्या कीजिए।
